Hello,
As you can see on this post: https://support.nagios.com/forum/viewto ... 70#p286670
Nagios is just showing one service at time, I include the information that I posted in the other thread:
"Hello,
Today something really strange happen on Nagios XI instance, suddenly, after create some new services, I went to the dashboard and now is just showing one service at time, each time I refresh the page a different service is shown, but just one.
I have restored the configuration files of a version when it was working properly using the option within Nagios XI but still remains the same, i have been looking for some solutions on the web and applies some of them like stop nagios service, kill all nagios processes and start the service again but without success."
if i go to the CCM to check the services all are there, but in the main page, in the dashboard, just shown 1, and if you go to the "service status" screen, just one, if in that page I refresh the screen each time is a different service show but, just one at time.

Hi @danzur,
I closed out the other post. Please post one thread per issue so we can best focus our efforts.
Just to clarify a few items.
1. Does the Core Configuration Manager function? Are you able to make changes and successfully apply configuration? On the main page under Configuration > Core Config Manager, does the CCM Object Summary list all of your hosts, services and other Nagios objects.
2. Did you make any recent changes to the server (e.g. package or Nagios XI upgrades)?
3. Please run the following tail command and load Home page (main page) and post the output.
4. Please PM your system profile for us to review. Thanks.
To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button

Re: Nagios XI just show one service at time
Hi,
Thanks for the support.
Yes, all the services are in the CCM within "services" also "host" and Nagios itself is working properly because on top is ServiceNow as dashboard and ServiceNow is getting the information without issues, so, in the core, all the checks, alarms and so on are working properly.1. Does the Core Configuration Manager function? Are you able to make changes and successfully apply configuration? Not recently, around 2 weeks ago i have updated one of the frontends to 5.6.3, i am still pending to upgrade the second frontend due the frontends are connected to a MySQL Enterprise cluster with 3 nodes using innodb and the upgrade script is not working on the second frontend, at the end the script, it connects to the ddbb to perform some activities that are already done and is showing an error, so the upgrade is not completed. But it has been working well almost two or three weeks in the current situation without issues. And any of both frontends are showing more than one service in the dashboard.Did you make any recent changes to the server (e.g. package or Nagios XI upgrades)?
Thanks for the support.
