Still having issues adding users from Active Directory.
I see in the /usr/local/nagioslogserver/var/jobs.log:
Running command do_backups with args ' ' for job id: backups
SUCCESS
Still not populating any new files into /store/backups/nagioslogserver/

Alright, that's a little odd. Try running the backup command at the command line.

/usr/local/nagioslogserver/scripts/create_backup.sh
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new
Privacy Policy .

Thank you! The commands that you sent worked.
It was an issue with the user mapping file.
Verified that adding new Active Directory users worked without any issues!
