Post by pbachu2 »

Hi All,

I want to monitor the T log for a SQL server.
Should get alert when the tlog is getting full..
Can someone help me on this how to proceed and what are requirements.

Monitoring the transaction log file is something that our MSSQL Database wizard will walk you through right out of the box. Just head over to Configure -> Configuration Wizards -> MSSQL Database (not to be confused with MSSQL Query, or MSSQL Server). Posting a screenshot.

Just Point it at the server's IP address, give it credentials to log in, a database to monitor, and set your log file usage thresholds.
