After upgrade to 5.6.7 one probe of many has error

Post by Bitflogger »

Hello, I'm running v5.6.7 on a 64-bit VM under Cent OS7.

We have Linux, Windows, AIX and Sun, servers.

One probe on the AIX servers, which uses a plugin that dozens of other probes use, is showing "(Return code of 127 is out of bounds. Check if the plugin exists).

The plugin does exist, and is used constantly by other probes, which are OK.

The probe does use the $HOSTNAME$ macro, and the test run under CCM seems to indicate that the Nagios XI server name is getting into the command instead of the host the service is assigned to, but the CCM run command is sometimes not quite right.

The command had a comment line in it, <command> ; for example ....

Removing that solved the problem.

Please lock the case.
