I should already know the answer to this question, but I'm not 100% so I'm going to ask.
When a user selects 'Disable notifications' for a specific host, does that also disable the notifications for the services related to the host? I think the answer is NO, but I have a user telling me they have done this in the past prior to performing maintenance and did not receive any email alerts when services went down during maintenance.

Re: Disable host notifications
The answer is No like you suspected, HOWEVER, services are by default dependent on the host, so if the host is in a DOWN state you normally would not receive notifications for services.

Perfect, that's what I needed. Thank you.
