Data from Nagios to Excel

If your looking a super quick and dirty way of gathering this data you can fetch it from Nagios core-

Just chop the xi off the end of the URL

i.e.

http://nagiosserver/nagios/

This should let you log into the core Nagios

Click on "Configuration" at the bottom of the left hand menu

Select the object you want from the dropdown and it should give you the information you require

You can ctrl-A the page and paste it directly into Excel with only minimal formatting required
