I have no idea how to compile the plugin.
Now i am going with defining the individual definition for each mount point.

If anyone has any idea about the plugin which can take input as fstab kindly suggest.

The plugin you provided a link to specifically states:
Hence you will need one definition per mount point.This script do not check fstab or /etc/filesystem or other tab entries, as it is designed to consume as little CPU time as possible and to be used in different OS types.
