Hello,
I have searched the support site, but didnt find anything, not sure if I missed it.
Is there a way i can update notes_url or action_url for a group of services at a time. Its the same URL and I couldnt find anything within bulk modification or other options.

Yeah, I'm not seeing the notes_url field either. The next best route is probably the API. It would require a bit of scripting, but if you have a lot of services that need this change, it would probably be worth it.
