Hello,
We are using NRDP protocal few machines and setup the service notification email alerts. So the notification alerts are able to pickup the machine IP using this variable %hostaddress%.
This IP is of the form 10.X.X.X.
From our side we have to look at an excel to check what is the NAT ip matching this 10.X.X.X, the NAT Ip is of the form 173.X.X.X
Is there some way we can pickup the NAT ip via some variable and embed that in the notification email, this will make things easy for the remote support staff.
Regards,
Sal.

Re: NAT ip pickup in Service Notification in NRDP.
I'm confused, the %hostaddress% macro is populated with what you have configured for the Address * field for the host
CCM -> Hosts -> Edit host
CCM -> Hosts -> Edit host
