If you knew the OID for your devices, you could use the SNMP wizard. Once you set up one host with a CPU service added to it, you could use it as a "template" with the "Bulk Host Cloning and Import" wizard.

If the SNMP wizard doesn't work for you for some reason, you could use some 3rd party plugin from the Nagios Exchange. Add a new command and a service, using the guide below:

After you make sure you've set up one host the way you wanted to, you can clone it numerous times, using the "Bulk Host Cloning and Import" wizard.

For example, I used this plugin to monitor the CPU on our test cisco switch in-house. I was able to clone the "CPU Usage" service successfully via the "Bulk Host Cloning and Import" wizard. I believe this method will work for you, provided you use the same community string across your devices.
