Recover alert

Hi team,

I am monitoring a service where Nagios is sending critical alert and later sends recovery alert.
I want Nagios to send just critical alert, Nagios should not send recovery alert. In other words, I want to suppress recovery alert for that particular service.

Is there a way to do that?

Yes

Go to CCM -> Services -> Edit this service -> Alert Settings Tab
Under Notification options click Critical
Save
Apply Configuration

This will only send Critical notifications instead of all notifications.
