Hello,
My company just renewed our Nagios XI support and when I try to update the license to reflect new expiration date, it says it updated successfully, but the date still shows the same expiration date. I checked with the firewall team to see if anything changed recently to not allow Nagios to go out to the Internet and nothing has changed. The license is now expired and features like checking for new updates aren't allowed.

If you navigate to the Admin section of XI > click License Information under System Config on the left pane > is all of the information entered on that page? If you see an Activate your license key link, please click that.

Could there be a proxy interfering with that server's connection to our license server? Please run the command below to see if the host is able to reach our license server.
