Availability data is not available when monitoring engine is

After upgrade to newest version we have lost functionality of making reports. We are getting error message:

Availability data is not available when monitoring engine is not running.

I have found this forum post

But steps did not help. We are on 5.7.1 version.

Since those steps did not resolve the issue for you, let's start off by getting a system profile and we'll review the logs and setup for any other errors.

To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message or upload it to the post/ticket, and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.

We just released Nagios XI 5.7.2 which includes a number of important fixes (e.g. incompatibility with ModGearman). Please take a backup/snapshot and upgrade to the latest version and let me know if the issue is resolved. Thanks, Benjamin

The profile I have is showing version 5.7.1, please upgrade to 5.7.2 and let me know if the issue is corrected.

Hello,

Just as closure to this issue. We have been using old mod_gearman so we had to downgrade core after every major update. But new Nagios XI needed latest Nagios Core to run all functionalities so we had to upgrade to mod_gearman 3 and also upgrade Nagios Core to latest one.

So with new update and fact of having Nagios COre in latest vesion all is working fine.
