Hello Support,
We are trying to use "Metrics" for generating service performance report for top 20 devices. Go to metrics section from home page of XI and select either hostgroup/servicegroup, we are unable to see any kind of details on the page. It just says "No matching data to display". Can you please help us getting it working.
We are monitoring network device and need reporting for top 20 device having high CPU consumption.

Hello,
Just to be certain, are you collecting CPU utilization metrics from your network devices? And if so, when you look at the CPU utilization metrics in Service Status, do they have performance graphs associated with them?
Also, can you PM me a system profile? That might help us track down why the metrics aren't populating. To get a profile, go to Admin -> System Profile -> Download Profile.

The metrics component will only work against certain services that it can understand (NCPA/NRPE/NSClient++/Windows & Linux SNMP Wizards), the custom cisco plugins/SNMP/SNMP Walk wizards that you are using will not be listed. The developers would need to add that functionality in order to parse the output properly and do the calculations. I can submit a feature request on your behalf if you'd like but it's currently not possible to add your own.
