Notification Tab Empty but getting Notifications

Notification tab is not getting updated. We keep on getting alerts from the servers but when i check those servers, those servers do not have any issues. under alert tab i do see some issues but those notifications do not match alert tab

Hi,

The Nagios process might be running normally here but the results are not getting posted to the database as expected. Please log into the Nagios Core interface by going to the following URL, and let me know if you observe a discrepancy in results between the Core and XI interfaces.

Also, when did you started to notice the is behavior (e.g after upgrade or other changes)?

Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
