Not receving text alerts
Hi,
I have configured my mobile number but not receving alerts, I am receving email alerts though.
How do and how do i check to make sure i did my setting correctly.
By reading some documentaion i learned that i need to install SMS server tools but cannot find the right link.
Can some one guide me with the link

Go to Configure->My Account Settings->Notifications Methods->Mobile Text tab and make sure you've selected the "Mobile Phone Text Message" check-mark box.
What is the "Email-To-Text Address Format" under "Mobile Carriers" (Admin->Manage Mobile Carriers)? Did you verify this with your mobile provider?
Can you send a test SMS? (Configure->My Account Settings->Send Test Notifications)

I did all the settings you mentioned, I have replaced number with my mobile number in Email-To-Text Address Format.
No, I am not receiving text/mobile alerts.
Do the service provider need to be informed about this ?

Yes i followed that document.
My service provider is AT&T, so i replaced "number" with my mobile number in row 2
I did not well understand about SMS Gateway.

Configure->My Account Settings->Notifications Methods->Mobile Text tab should look like this replacing 1234567890 with your number
Admin -> Mobile Carriers should look exactly like this leaving %number% in there

They are not the same as mine. You should not have Your phone number on line 2 it should read
DO NOT put your telephone number where number was.

Have you tried sending a test SMS (after you've made the changes)?
Configure->My Account Settings->Send Test Notifications
Are you sure that text messages are not being blocked? Have you tried using a different phone number?
