Upgrade assistance

Hello,
looking for assistance with upgrading the virtual hard drive space, and tried upgrading to the newest version, and we are receiving the following error:
"cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: base
YumRepo Error: All mirror URLs are not using ftp, http(s) or file, invalid release/repo/arch combination. removing mirrorlist with no valid mirrors.

What operating system do you have installed? Also, was this installed from the OVA we provide? Please post the output to the following command to the thread.
