Any one using NagiosXI to monitor DELL ECS EX3000 storage? If yes, any insight on how ( plugins, SNMP, etc...) would be appreciated.

Take a look at the following plugin from Dell EMC for Nagios XI. I did a quick look-up of your device and I believe it should be compatible since it has iDRAC integrated.
