Hi Team,
Is there a way to modify the subject and body of the alert for a particular service group?
I have a contact on which I get various alerts. However there are few alerts which are highly critical and I want to mention that in subject and body of the alert for those particular services or service groups only.
Is that possible?

Not currently.
You could technically do by writing your own notification handlers scripts that would perform the logic/sending but that would require you write that functionality.

Yes please submit a feature request. We have few service group alerts which we want to mark as critical so that the team getting the alerts knows those are high priority.
