Core Config Manager is crashing

Post by dslaughter »

I'm using chrome 91.0.4472.106

When accessing ccm if I try to select a node CCM will stop responding and may or may not display a message about page/script not responding. If I don't get the message the browser crashes. After restarting the browser the problem remains. I cannot use CCM now.

Please advise

Hi,
How are you doing?

Please run the below commands on your Nagios XI machine:

Code: Select all

rm -rf /usr/local/nagios/etc/import/*

/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/reconfigure_nagios.sh

/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/repair_databases.sh
Now, could you please try doing "Apply Configuration"
Nagios XI GUI > Configure > Core Config Manager > Apply Configuration

Best Regards,
Vinh

Thank you for your assistance. When I ran the first shell script it identified a duplicate service then I ran the second script and it fixed indexes. This seems to have fixed the problem. I can now edit services and was able to delete the duplicate service. I can select hosts in the drop down and the browser does not crash.

Thanks again. You can close this thread.
