Monitoring on HMC (IBM) using nagios

How many consoles do you plan to monitor and what information do you want to gather ?

Would the HMC Open Events plugin on Nagios Exchange work for your purposes ?

We want to monitor Memory utilization of HMC. Can please advise required for it.

Hi RIDS_I2MP,

Unfortunately we do not have a specific plugin for IBM's HMC, or access to an IBM Host Management Console. You should contact your system administrator and/or IBM to determine how you can get the Memory Utilization data from the HMC via SSH, SNMP or API . Once you have that information we can help you to monitor it in Nagios.
