I can't view threads on the board when using Google search.

That's in the customer support section of the forums, which requires a support contract to access.

What specifically are you trying to do? Notes (comments) can be associated with a service/host object in the Core Config Manager:

Cheers for getting back to me.
In short, I wanted custom lines in the notification to show a few extra details like the site phone number and the username.
