Masquerade Not Working

When I try to masquerade as a user it takes me to the login page but doesn't masquerade as the user.

Currently running version Nagios XI 5.8.7

Hi ad12acsadmin,

Could you generate a system profile and send it to me via Private Message (PM) so we can take a look ?

To generate a system profile:

Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" (Top) -> "System Profile" Menu (Left)
Click the "Download Profile" button

Hi ad12acsadmin,

I've been looking through your profile and I'm not seeing any indication of a problem. I would recommend checking to make sure the user you are logged in as has admin permissions and the account your masquerading as isn't locked. Beyond that we will have to do some troubleshooting and I would recommend opening a support ticket for that since we will be asking questions about your users and having you perform tasks and providing information that is potentially sensitive.
