check_snmp critical if less then 100

Post by btayl »

I need to look and if Timeticks less then 100 go critical .
/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_snmp -H 10.21.18.78 -p 161 -o 'sysUpTimeInstance' -C 'zabbix' -P 2c -m DISMAN-EVENT-MIB
SNMP OK - Timeticks: (292164779) 33 days, 19:34:07.79 | DISMAN-EVENT-MIB::sysUpTimeInstance=292164779

Have a look at the web page referenced at the end of check_snmp -h where it tells how to set a rang for the thresholds.

If check_snmp -h fails you might try check_icmp.
