New Netapp Hardware added to Nagios Core

Hi

So I am trying to add our new netapp c400 Series to our existing nagios core monitoring system.
I have used and compared off our old netapp arrays that are working fine in nagios. using the same commands and simply changing the IPs to the new arrays but i am getting "Failed test query: Server returned HTTP Error: 404 Not found".
I suspect this is because the commands are different from old array and new array?.

Is there a post or something that might be able to supply me with the correct commands i could perhaps use?
so that nagios can request the correct info from netapp ontap and alert.
