Out-Of-Sync Error

Recently we noticed the strange behavior:

When we trying to change the service check, for example apply the service check to more servers, after pressing Apply Configuration button, we still see this service as "Out-Of-Sync".
To workaround this issue, we changing the name of the service, after this change the service synced OK.
Please advise on how can we resolve this issue permanently.
