I recently renewed my Nagios XI license on my offline server. However, the server still indicates that the license has expired.
Should I follow the standard instructions provided and click on "Update License", or is there a different procedure for updating the license on an offline server?
Below is the instruction given:
"To verify your renewal, simply navigate to the top of your Nagios XI interface, click the Admin button, then click License Information on the left-hand side of the screen. You can update to the latest version of Nagios XI in the Admin menu, Check for Updates section."
Please advise on the correct process for offline environments.

In order to update your offline Nagios XI server, you'll need to get in contact with your Nagios CSM. They should be able to provide you an offline reset maintenance key, along with instructions to reset the license expiration status of your server. You can reach them directly if you have their contact information, or email csm@nagios.com
