I'm using the guide to restore nagios log server, however it does not state the username or password to log in. What is the username/password?

Hello,
The default username is usually nagiosadmin, but passwords vary by setup. If not set during install, check /etc/nagios or reset using htpasswd for Apache authentication. Always refer to deployment notes or system admin for credentials.
