Unable to retrieve data from one or more fused servers

I am using Nagios Fusion and am getting the error "Unable to retrieve data from one or more fused servers". I have checked my network connectivity and confirmed that the Nagios XI servers are still up. Is there any way to fix this error?

What version of Fusion and XI are you using and what distros/versions?

I'm using Fusion 13 on macOS Ventura and XI,Agar.io not sure about the specific version

Just to clarify, are you using Nagios Fusion 2024R1.3?

I checked further and it is indeed Nagios Fusion 2024R1.3
