Anyone using the Nagios XI image in the Azure marketplace?

I am interested in trying out Nagios XI for monitoring purposes, but am getting frustrated at a lack of information available in the Azure marketplace.
Any insight on the costs associated with standing up Nagios XI from the marketplace?
Anyone had any luck actually getting it up and running? The few comments I can find about using the marketplace offering in Azure indicate that they are unable to SSH into the VM once all is done. Anyone successful in getting this running?
