That's an unusual exception from OpenSearch.
Can you use something like postman to send a GET request to https://<<ip>>:9200/_cat/indices?v? set the authorization to basic, the user to nagioslogserver, and the password to whatever was generated and put into /var/www/html/nagioslogserver/application/config/config.local.php?
