Your version of XI is too old 5.11.3
Your version of XI is too old 5.11.3
How do I move this onto the current release? It appears a new vm image might be easier?

Hi,
In order to upgrade to Nagios XI 2026 from 5.11.3, you must first upgrade to version 2024R2, which can be found here
https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... 4R2.tar.gz
Here's a document that may be of help as well:

If you have any further questions, please let us know! Thanks.

Distro End of Life

Nagios XI no longer supports this distro due to it being EOL.
If you'd like to upgrade your Nagios XI past 2024R1.1.5, you will need to install it on
one of the following distros:
CentOS Stream 9, RHEL or Oracle 8, 9
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, 22.04 LTS, or 24.04 LTS
Debian 11 or 12

Hi,
It looks like the machine this version of XI is currently on is no longer supported due to being EOL. Here's a document on migrating to a newer OS version that may be of help.
https://library.nagios.com/support-tips ... e-with-xi/
If this seems incorrect, please let us know what operating system you are using to host Nagios XI and we can help you further from there!
Thanks,
- Zach
