Nagios XI update error

Hello,

I am trying to update Nagios XI from Nagios 2026R1.5 to the latest version but i am getting below error from the GUI.

mysqldump: Got error: 144: Table './nagios/nagios_logentries' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed when using LOCK TABLES
Error backing up MySQL database 'nagios' - check the password in this script!

Please let me know what needs to be done.

Hi @Sandip2705,

This error looks like you are seeing database corruption with the nagios.nagios_logentries table. I would highly recommend opening a support case with the support team.
