Missing Acknowledgements
I have an acknowledgement e-mail on Sunday, but I cannot find a corresponding entry for it (or anything else on that day) on the Acknowledgements page in Nagios XI 2011R2.4. There are entries for acknowledgements before and after that day. How could that happen?

Re: Missing Acknowledgements
If a problem is acknowledged and then goes back to an OK state it will remove the acknowledgment unless the Persistent Comment: was checked when acknowledging the problem.

Re: Missing Acknowledgements
I thought the point of having the Acknowledgements page was for auditing?

Re: Missing Acknowledgements
The Acknowledgements page shows active Acknowledgements and comments.
The default behavior when an a host/service goes back into an OK state is to remove the acknowledgement and the associated comment.
Notifications report will show the Acknowledgement as being sent.

Re: Missing Acknowledgements
Is there a log I can go back to, to see who did the acknowledgement?

Re: Missing Acknowledgements
If you go to the Event Log and search Acknowledge you will be able to see who is Acknowledging and what the text was that was attached.
The Event Log is located under Reports > Event Log.
