Some users not getting alerts

Good morning,
We are running NagiosXI version 2011R3.0 on the CentOS 6.2 distro.

I have a few issues that I have been unable to resolve, the most pressing of which would be several of my techs not getting alerts from the sites that we are monitoring. I have stepped through the guide on setting up alerts, and believe that I have configured contacts and groups up appropriately. I have checked the individual hosts to make sure that they are set to alert to contact groups, rather than to individual contacts. I havea looked at the relational information for the individual contacts, and while two of the users that are getting alerts do have differing relational information, a third user that does get the alerts has the same relational information as the other users that are not getting alerts. I'm sure I have missed a very simple step in the alerting process, but for the life of me, I can't see it. If any of you could lend some of your expertise, it would be very much appreciated.

Could you open a ticket by sending an email to [email protected]

Please attach in the ticket your latest configuration snapshot as well as the contact names that are not receiving messages as well as the one that is.

Also please verify if any of these are XI Users (which are different than just contacts.
