It don't make any difference to me I have made only two changes though because the link which you have sent me was something that work for nagios XI rather nagios core. Here below are the changes that I made
1) enable_embedded_perl=0
use_embedded_perl_implicitly=0
2) chmod 775 /usr/local/nagios/libexec

Hmm, this isssss a strange one..Is it only the localhost checks that are being orphaned? Can you post the configurations of your Host, and it's services?

Issue Resolved..........those changes that you suggested in the links might have worked......I don't see no more check was orphaned. Thank you very much but don't really know the exact reason what was going wrong.

Great, it may just have taken some time before new logged information pushed the old orphaned messages out of the log. Closing as resolved.
