Problem with PDF's

Problem with PDF's

We seem to be having an issue with opening the pdf's attached to the executive summary reports. Here's a pic:

It seems to be working fine on my end, it may be an issue with your Adobe Reader X, try running the update to 10.1.6.

This is a bug that should really be addressed. As the file size of the attachments are zero bytes. Obviously Adobe cant open a file which is not really pdf :)

Hi Ben,

Follow this thread I am hoping for a solution soon http://support.nagios.com/forum/viewtop ... =16&t=9989 are using self signed SSL for your xi install as well ?

There you go, using them big werds again... Nah we aren't. Well... now that i think about it, how would I know that? I am using the plain fresh install. If it is enabled by default by nagios then yeah, but if not then no.

Ah, 0 bytes of data would cause this, though I have not been able to reproduce this and we have no idea that's what the problem is in this situation. If you are indeed getting 0 bytes let us know Ben. It is now being tracked and we will let you know.

cool beans. the supa heroes in nagios support haven't let a brutha down yet. you can lock this one, but before you do, is there a change log for the 1.7 update ?
