Bandwidth usage Clarification

Dear Team,

we used the bandwidth plugin to find the bandwidth utilization of router attached bandwidth output in command prompt is for your ref.

but while getting the same in availability report we are getting in terms of percentage.so from the output percentage how we can understand the utilization in kbps. is it possible to show instead of percentage value in kbps for this device.

kindly request you to revert asap . as its a high priority issue for my customer

The availability report is only showing the % value of what states the host/services have been in. I'd recommend using the Bandwidth usage report to see this, as it should show the usage you require. What version of nagios xi are you on?

after removing ping service also we are receiving data in report.

This is not the report you are looking for . . .
Go to --> XI --> Reports --> Bandwidth Usage --> choose your router from the drop down.
You can schedule this report by then clicking the "clock" icon on the top blue bar in the upper right hand coner of the page.
