How is the VM/XI provisioned? What are the available hardware resources for the XI server? How many checks/hosts are configured?

Dear Team,
Nagios is hosted on Amazon cloud with m1.small instance(01 core, 1.7gb), and i have putted 8 server on monitoring.

You will probably want more allocated resources than that, see:

Also, how are host/service checks configured, are you doing mostly active checks? We need these questions answered, also please share the output of:
