Monitoring NMS parameters

below NMS parameters of the N/W devices which needs to be monitored for alerts and reports using Nagios.
Is this feasible using Nagios & how ?

Spanning Tree Topology Change
Broadcast
Config Change Alerts
Bandwidth Utilisition Report
OSPF / EIGRP / BGP Neighbor UP / Down Alerts

I would take a look at Nagios Core, and Nagios XI and try to match the features to those of NMS. NMS has a strange way of titling things and is highly proprietary to their software so it is difficult to tell. The best way would be to dig in and take a look. One I do know of those listed above is the Bandwidth Utilization Report, which is available in Nagios XI.
