twitter-support ist not working

I´ve set up a twitter-account and enabled the twitter-option in the notifications-section.

But nothing happens. How can I track this problem down to the core?

I think if I remember correctly, twitter changed it's API not too long ago, which might have broken our interface to it. I'll have to check and see what happened with that. If that's the case I'll try and get a patch made for it and I'll post it here.
