What version of Nagios XI are you running? Do you have an offloaded database? Are postgresql and mysql running?:
Code: Select all
service mysqld status

Re: Not able to login to XI
Please send an email to [email protected] to open a support ticket. As this is a production issue, we may want to move towards a remote session. Thanks.lafargeuser wrote:Yes. both services are running & its production issue.

Re: Not able to login to XI
I was also receiving this login msg. My vm did not have enough disk space. So I just added disk space and voila!

Good tip JV, we will see how things look after a ticket is entered, or progress is made on another front.
Re: Not able to login to XI
Hi,
I reopen this post since I have a similar issue.
I cant go further than the page (see attached file)
I tryed each test listed here (restart services etc..) nothing, and it's the second time I have this error, the first one I reboot the server but I cannot do that every time because it's a production server.
I am not administrator of the VM so I cannot add disk space, I can ask for it but I would like to be sure it will fixe this issue.
I send a email to open a ticket this morning with our email address for support, no answer yet !
Thank you for your help,
