nagios dbconsole oracle plugin

I need a plugin to help me know if the console "dbconsole" is oracle start or down. which do you recommend?

Are you starting the console as a service? If so, we could help you get a plugin which will let you know if the service is running or not.

YES, I need to monitor whether the service is open oracle dbconsole or down

What flavor of distro do you have this oracle DB installed on? What I meant by monitoring it as a service / process is dependent on how you start the dbconsole, if it actually runs as a legitimate service then this should be quite simple, if it runs under oracle in a different manner than this will be more difficult.
