Nagios + Cacti

Hi all,
have any of you try this? Or is there other way of making Nagios to send information to cacti or should i say other way ... cacti to get information from Nagios ?

I have not heard of senders from nagios to cacti. Maybe a user on the forums here has had experience with that type of integration and can chime in. There have been plugins that work the other direction though, checking the cacti box for bandwidth thresholds:
