Request:
Bring back the action delay minutes on all cmd's (especially on the disable all
notifications). Everything is there, it just needs to be added to the forms.
This is a GREAT feature to disable all notifications, then immediately schedule
re-enable in 30 minutes or so. Then you don't have to worry about forgetting to
re-enable alerts.
