Host name not found in CCM service management

Post by anoop »

Hi Team,

Please let us know we configured host with HyperV-BM-XXXXXX, in this host we have configured 9-10 services using NSClient++. We are able to see this host and services from host detail but not able see in CCM Host and services.
We want to add some more plugins in this particular host, but due to unavailability of host in CCM we can not add services.

and how dcan we delete this host/service if we are unable find in CCM?

Take a look at this: http://support.nagios.com/wiki/index.ph ... t_Hosts.29

It's a case of the Ghost Hosts, a fairly common problem. Usually one of those solutions will work. If not, let us know which you tried and we'll look into it further.
