Nagios False result

I configured Nagios Coren 3.5 and it's working fine.


yesterday my all host got down but when am ping hosts it's pinging

Have you made any changes since then? Any added/removed hosts, services, or templates? Any changes in monitoring frequency? Operating system upgrades? Additional services installed? Anything at all?
