Am I missing something? Where is the hypermap after I upgrade to 2011 1.1?
I cannot see it. I have activated my license.

OK I found it, but I cannot download it. I AM logged in with my nagios library account for my company. When I click on the link to download it, it asks me to subscribe! Is there a direct download link or something? How can I get out of this perpetual loop the website has me in?

That section of the Library was just set up, so my guess is that the sales team hasn't finished setting up all of the existing accounts for access. Since that's on their end, I'd suggest e-mailing [email protected] with your customer number and Library username so they can get that going for you.
