Re-check interval Changed

recently we changed the polling and recheck interval of the hosts & services, please confirm is there any impact on the Availablity of Hosts & services.

We do not have any information from you on what they were changed to and from what, you need to give us more details surrounding this or we will not be able to help.

Team, earlier we had set check attempts to five at 1 min each and now we changed check attempts to 3 at 5 mins each.

pls confirm will there be any impact on the Availalbity of hosts/services if so how the impact will be??

The availability of hosts "in nagios" is determined by their states, which are determined by checks. If a host/service goes into a critical state immediately after you run one of your 5 minute checks Nagios will not know until roughly 5 more minutes when it checks again. Outside of nagios, it's up to those in charge of those systems to keep them up and available.
