Forum post alert

Hi there,

I'm I supposed to receive email alerts when someone replies to a forum post. Not getting them right now. Don't see any emails hitting my firewall either. Any idea?

We don't have any settings that would stop that from happening, it works fine on our end, and for other users. Maybe you should check the phpbb forums to see if they have any ideas? Make sure you subscribe to threads. Beyond that there are no other user specific settings.

do you know the email address that I would receive the email from?

Are you in fact subscribed to each thread? You don't automatically get emailed unless you subscribe.

do I have to subscribe to my own posts? I'm only concerned about the when someone replies to questions to threads that I've created.

Yes you do. There is a box you can check when you create a thread to subscribe to it.
